Pre-Order Policy

What a Pre-Order Means

A pre-order reserves an item before it is available for regular shipment. Payment is collected at checkout.

Pre-order quantities may be limited and are fulfilled in the order purchases are received, subject to the final allocation supplied by the manufacturer, distributor, or vendor.

Submitting a pre-order does not guarantee a specific release or delivery date. Product images, packaging, contents, release dates, and estimated arrival or shipping windows may change because of manufacturer updates, distributor allocations, production delays, import timing, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside the control of Elite Island Trading Co.

Estimated Release and Shipping Dates

Any release date, release month, or shipping window shown on a product page is an estimate only.

Pre-order items will ship after inventory arrives, is checked in, and the order is ready for fulfillment. An item releasing in a particular month is not guaranteed to arrive or ship on the first day of that month.

Pre-Orders With Different Release Dates

All items placed in the same order will ship together.

If an order includes in-stock merchandise or multiple pre-order items with different estimated release dates or release months, the order will be held until every item is available. The full order will ship after the last item becomes available.

If you do not want earlier items held while waiting for a later pre-order, please place separate orders for each release date or release month. Separate orders allow available items to ship independently, and each order will have its own shipping charge.

Allocations and Fulfillment

Pre-order inventory is sometimes subject to manufacturer or distributor allocation.

If Elite Island Trading Co. receives less inventory than expected, orders will be fulfilled in the order they were received. We may cancel or reduce an affected order if the full quantity cannot be supplied.

Any portion that we cannot fulfill will receive a full refund to the original payment method, with no cancellation fee charged on the unfulfilled portion.

Cancellations and Changes

Pre-order cancellation or quantity-change requests must be emailed to info@eliteislandtradingco.com as soon as possible and are not guaranteed.

Once inventory has been allocated to the order or the order has been confirmed for fulfillment, the pre-order is final sale and cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or exchanged unless required by law or the item received is incorrect or materially damaged.

If a cancellation is approved before that point, the refund may be reduced by a 3% nonrefundable payment-processing fee.

If Elite Island Trading Co. is unable to fulfill the pre-order, the affected amount will be refunded in full without the 3% fee.

Release-Date Changes

A manufacturer, distributor, or import delay does not automatically cancel a pre-order.

The order will remain active unless Elite Island Trading Co. confirms that it cannot be fulfilled or approves a cancellation request under the terms above. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material updates when new information becomes available.
