## Return & Refund Policy

At Elite Island Trading Co., we want every customer to feel confident when shopping with us. Please review our return and refund policy before placing an order.

### Returns

We accept return requests within **7 days of delivery**. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

* Unopened, unused, and in the same condition it was received
* In its original packaging, including all seals, wrapping, and accessories
* Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Due to the collectible nature of trading card products, **opened products, booster packs, booster boxes, sealed cases with broken seals, graded cards, singles, mystery packs, and final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.**

### Non-Refundable Processing Fee

All approved refunds are subject to a **non-refundable 3% processing fee**. This fee covers the payment processing cost charged at checkout, which is not reversible once the payment has been processed.

For example, if an order is refunded, the refund amount will be issued minus the 3% processing fee, unless otherwise required by law.

### Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as sending the wrong item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by our mistake.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.

### Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within **48 hours of delivery** with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping box.

We will review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on product availability.

### Cancellations

Order cancellation requests must be made before the order has shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be handled under our return policy.

Approved cancellations may also be subject to the non-refundable 3% processing fee.

### Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

* Opened TCG products
* Trading card singles
* Graded cards
* Mystery packs or repacks
* Pre-orders after allocation or order confirmation
* Sale, clearance, or discounted items
* Digital items, gift cards, or store credit

### Refund Timeline

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.
